CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ THE CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY.
YOUR USE OF THE LOGISTICS TRAINING SYSTEMS WEBSITE, LOGISTICS TRAINING SYSTEMS SERVICES AND ANY ASSOCIATED SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED UPON YOUR COMPLIANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or entity) and LOGISTICS TRAINING SYSTEMS, INC. (LTS), for use of the Services, media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation. You agree to be bound by and become a party to all the terms of this Agreement by registering as a student, or by purchasing any materials.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, and wish to discuss the issues please call our office.
SIGNATURE DELIVERY
If you live in a high density area, or you know that no one will be home during delivery hours, you should consider adding Signature Delivery to your order.
FedEx charges an additional $8.50 for Signature Delivery. If you want to add Signature Delivery, call our Office immediately after placing this order. A separate charge for the Signature Delivery will appear on your credit card. This call must be completed before your order is processed.
IMPORTANT: Billing Address
Your Billing Address MUST be the address where the bill for your credit card is sent.
FedEx, UPS, etc shipments are NOT available to PO Boxes, please check your order and make sure that you have entered a physical address for delivery.
Our online system will only accept charges from banks in the Continental US. If you are using a card from outside the Continental U.S., your order will be declined. Please contact our office and we can process your order over the phone – shipping@logisticsts.com.
For international and expedited shipments, please contact us at shipping@LogisticsTS.com with your name and shipping address, and we will give you a quote for shipping to that address.
For multiple orders of a program, 19CFR, or the HTS, please contact us at shipping@logisticsts.com with your name and shipping address, and we will give you a quote for shipping to that address.
Failure to get a quotation may result in your order being delayed and or canceled.
