Because the virtual class size is limited‚ Logistics Training Systems reserves the right to close registrations before the advertised date‚ once the quota has been filled.
If you are unable to attend the virtual classroom instruction‚ you can re-register for the next available virtual classroom session. There will be a $600.00 re-registration fee. This re-registration fee will not include re-entry into the Distance Learning phase of the program‚ if that was your original program‚ nor will it include a new set of textbooks or audio. It will include a new password for entry into the Students Corner for the Extended Study Virtual Classroom with Independent Preparation.
If you have the Virtual Classroom Bundled Program, re-registering for the next virtual classroom voids the Extended Study phase of your original program. Necessary updates to your textbook will be posted for you in that Students Corner.
To qualify for re-registration you must notify the office by email‚ fax or letter two weeks before the virtual classroom program is due to start that you will not be attending. The $600.00 re-registration fee is due 30 days after the opening of the next immediate registration period for the virtual programs.
If you fail to attend the subsequent virtual class‚ or you do not send in the re-registration fee‚ you will not be rescheduled for another set of virtual classes. If you attend any part of the virtual program‚ but are unable to complete these sessions‚ it will be the same as completing all of the sessions.
To be able to register for one of the Extended Studies Programs you must be a previous student of Logistics Training Systems. After registration you will be e-mailed a password into the Extended Studies Students Corner for the program of your choice‚ where you will find any course updates or requirements that you may need for the next semester.
There will be no refunds after the password is sent to you.
If you join any of the Extended Study Classes and then decide to join another more expensive program‚ the cost of the programs are independent of each other‚ and you will not be given credit for the lesser one toward the more expensive one.
Unless separately ordered the Extended Studies Programs do not include new study materials. If you are more than one semester removed from your first program with LTS you must purchase a new set of textbooks.
There will be no refunds or postponing to the next semester if you decide not to complete the registered semester or study for the exam. There will be no refunds or postponing to a subsequent class if you register for the Virtual Classroom and are unable to attend.
Purchase any one of the Discounted Bundled Programs – The Distance Learning, The Independent Study with Virtual Classroom, or The Distance Learning with Virtual Classroom- and you can continue your studies for FREE, for the next semester with the Extended Studies Enhanced Online Program. You will be sent a new set of passwords into the Students Corner, where you will find the updates to the Textbook between the two semesters.
New textbooks, Reference books (19CFR and HTS), and Audio are not included in the Extended Study Enhanced Online Program.

To be accepted into the next semester’s FREE Extended Study Enhanced Online Program, you must have: taken all of the quizzes, the midterm, and the final exam, and attended all of the virtual classroom presentations, if your program includes a classroom, and you must send us a copy of your letter of notification containing your test score, from CBP, after you take the US Customs Broker Exam.
Upon receipt of this letter, you will be sent a new set of passwords into the Students Corner, and you can start your studies again for FREE! This FREE bonus program offer is good once for the next immediate semester following your program, and it cannot be postponed to another semester.
Failure to take the exam, regardless of the reason to do so, voids the option of the Free Extended Study Enhanced Online Program. However, the student can always continue with their studies for the next semester by registering for any one of the Extended Study Programs.
The Bundled Programs are nonrefundable and no exceptions will be made for any inability to complete the program.

Courses may not cover all areas of a particular topic or subject matter. After you purchase a course or product offered by Logistics Training Systems and upon issuance to you of access passwords‚ and by either the lapse of the five days return window‚ or by the submissions of lessons‚ or by the use or downloading of online material‚ your fee is non-refundable. All Bundled Programs are All Sales Final, there will be no refunds. The course fee is non-refundable if you are not able to access any online material because of Internet or computer incompatibility or related problems‚ or because the consistency or quality of the online courses is affected by Internet or computer incompatibility‚ Internet outage or interruption‚ service provider interruption or related problems. Any breach of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your passwords into the Students Corner. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Logistics Training Systems website or services or courses‚ or with any of these terms of use‚ your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Logistics Training Systems website or courses or seminars. Logistics Training Systems‚ directly or through its representatives or instructors‚ does not and cannot offer legal advice to you or your company. If you seek or need legal advice or guidance‚ please retain the services of a competent attorney. While Logistics Training Systems may employ instructors who are also attorneys for the purpose of Logistics Training Systems courses‚ these instructors are acting solely as consultants‚ not as attorneys. The student understands and agrees that Logistics Training Systems in no way guarantees a passing grade in the US Customs Broker’s License Test as a result of purchase of the study materials and classes and that success in the exam is the sole responsibility of the student and is in no way the responsibility of Logistics Training Systems. A failing grade on the exam in no way entitles the user to a rebate or refund of purchase. Logistics Training Systems reserves the right to postpone any class that does not have a minimum attendance; such minimum is at the sole discretion of Logistics Training Systems.
Logistics Training Systems will not be liable in any way for any cessation‚ interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to causes beyond its control including‚ but not limited to; power outages; Internet outages; communications outages; fire; flood; earthquakes; storm; hurricanes; tornadoes; war; terrorism; armed conflict; supplier failures; shortages; breaches; quarantine or delays. Logistics Training Systems shall take all steps reasonably necessary under the circumstances to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event.
The performance of Logistics Training Systems is subject to acts of God‚ war‚ government regulations‚ natural disasters, such as but not limited to; earthquakes; storm; hurricanes; tornadoes; strikes; civil disorder; terrorism; and/or the curtailment of transportation, quarantine or other emergencies, making it illegal, dangerous, or impossible to continue a class. Terrorism is defined as acts on behalf of or in connection with any persons or organization which carries out activities within the United States directed toward the overthrowing or intimidation of the United States government by violence or other force‚ which is intended to cause serious bodily injury. War is that which is declared by Congress. Collectively and hereafter to be known as an event. If, for example, an event occurs before the start of the virtual classroom program, prompt notice shall be given of cancellation when possible‚ along with the rescheduling of the class at another time, if possible, before that semester’s exam. Excluding power outages, Internet outages, and communications outages, the online video program will be made available to participants for the continuation of their studies up to the date of their scheduled exam.
If the government cancels the exam, all students will be given access to the Students Corner for their course until the next exam, and there will be no charge for that program. The Distance Learning Program and the Virtual Classroom with Distance Learning Program will not include the instructor, but will include all of the online study aids. All online quizzes will be set to self-correct and updates to the textbook will be placed online for these students to continue their studies into the next semester with the most current information..
If you decide to return any of our study materials within the one week decision period‚ you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Logistics Training Systems‚ Inc. Once a RMA is issued your password into the Students Corner will be voided.
DO NOT WRITE OR MARK ON THE MATERIALS. All returned products must be in 100% complete condition. Products must not have been written on or defaced.
All returns must be prepaid and insured to our returns warehouse. The customer is responsible for shipping returns to our warehouse and all the shipping costs.
We ask that shipments to our returns warehouse be sent via UPS‚ FedEx or other traceable method‚ so that you may receive a tracking number which will allow you to be sure that the shipment arrives at its destination.
All returns must be sent back within One Week, or Five Business Days, after the RMA has been issued, to receive a refund. Logistics Training Systems‚ Inc. reserves the right to reject any packages that do not meet any of the above criteria.
Logistics Training Systems will impose a twenty-five percent (25%) course cancellation and re-stocking fee on all returns.
Refunds will be based on the amount of the course canceled‚ less shipping and restocking fees. After a refund has been processed, Logistics Training Systems‚ Inc. reserves the right to refuse re-admittance into any current or future programs or to offer any future programs only as NON-RETURNABLE. All refunds will be made by company check within 15 days of returned merchandise being received by our warehouse.
Payment must be received in full before any materials will be sent out. There will be a $30 fee for any returned checks.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Logistics Training Systems and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings‚ whether written or oral‚ with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.
